our founder Abdel karim ElKhawaga built a legacy of precision and trust long before reaching the UAE.
In 1998, Elkhawaga Group was established as a unified holding platform. Specialized Real Estate development
& Re-construction Rehabilitation By 2023, the group entered the UAE market, and in 2026, Mainzer Art launched
its first Abu Dhabi project AL REEMAN VIEW.

With over 28 years of experience in real estate development, Abdel karim ElKhawaga brings a rare combination of European precision and deep market insight to the UAE. Born and raised in Germany, he built his career mastering the construction standards that define true quality — and made it his mission to bring that same standard to the heart of Abu Dhabi.
